The effect of various binding agents based on aqueous solutions nitric acid, yttrium nitrate and orthophosphoric acid hydroxide gel the physical mechanical properties casting molds Y2O3 has been studied. It is shown that most promising agent for oxide a phosphate bond. data describing curing mechanism phosphate-bonded molding mass presented. influence concentration strength characteristics materials after heat treatment shown. Information about interaction powder with phosphate-binding titanium melt VT1-0 VT6 grades obtained allowed us to describe advantages disadvantages developed compound.
